So I finally went to the gym after what feels like forever.
I ended up doing my normal workouts. I was originally going to ease back into my regular workout but once I started running I just couldn’t help but do my regular 5K! Even though I hadn’t worked out in over a week I was still able to do it all and I even managed to shave 30 seconds off my 5K time! I’m slowly beginning to increase my walking pace and moving into a slight jog every other lap and I’m really excited for the day that I’m able to run the whole time!
I’m actually excited to go to the gym tomorrow(:
